Face-to-face benefit communication is the best option, and leads to the higher understanding and satisfaction rating from employees. It also allows our counselors to train and enroll employees with your benefits administration system.
Census enrollment via spreadsheet is also available for benefit takeovers.
Mpart has a full-time, dedicated call center team for enrollment support. Available for annual open enrollment, new hires and enrollment clean-up. Staffed Monday thru Friday, 8am – 6pm. All calls in and outbound are recorded to confirm employee elections.
Group enrollment is available for industries where employees are very limited on time.
