We do things a little bit differently

Most companies don’t have the staff on hand to communicate the full power of their benefits package. We use enrollment as an opportunity to open the lines of communication with employees about their benefits. After talking with us, employees have a better understanding and appreciation of what they already receive from their employer. As a result, they are better equipped to identify and fill any gaps in their coverage based on their needs.

Group meeting — We educate employees on their benefits with a group presentation. This is where we start the conversation and give employees time to ask questions.

Face-to-face — This is where we help employees identify their individual needs and tailor a package that suits them and their family.

Confirmation Statements — After the face-to-face, every employee walks away with a physical document explaining their benefits for the year.

Call Center & Website — During open enrollment, employees have the option to phone our call center or visit their benefits portal to ask questions and adjust their selections.

 

The bilingual enrollment team enables our agency to offer comprehensive benefit explanations in English and Spanish.
